THOUGHTS ABOUT . ..Violence
I start this blog with the Sandy Hook massacre on my mind. It wasn’t cowboys and Indians. It was worse — first graders were the victims, tiny, innocent first graders, and brave teachers.
Think of all the lives that were touched — parents, brothers and sisters, friends, neighbors, people all across the country, and in countries around the world. It was too easy to imagine their own children being gunned down. Still, it was unthinkable.
And it remains in our minds — forever.
